received the delivery on Friday, and very surprised that it came so
quickly,
it wasn't till Saturday Morning that opened it up and started rebuilding
my
Truggy that I found that the 02017 arms were not there. So I switched
on
and was going to let you know, there was an email waiting for me.
I am very impressed with your service even down to the notification of
out
of stock parts and the refund, good on you!
But you wouldn't believe it the 02017 arms are the main reason I went
shopping, all the other stuff was just spares and replacement of parts
that
are looking a bit tired, the 02017 arms are totally shagged, they look
like
boomerangs, never mind. at least I know what's going on.
I will continue to deal with you, and when they come I will pick up a
couple
of pairs of them for spares ( high-speed crashes into kerbs don't do
them
any favors)

Thanks very much, it is hard to find such prompt and professional service these days. We were having trouble finding gears until I found your site, so I am sure we will be back. Have you ever come across aluminium upgrade gears for this model, I was going to have some laser cut, but being so small I would need to have two 3mm gears cut and bolt them together. Anyway not sure its worth it now I know where to get them.
